I am a dieter who has lost more than 100 pounds by losing the same 20-30 pounds over and over.
As you know from reading my books, my personal struggles with emotional eating have caused a lot of my weight issues.
I’ve worked on it a lot over the years, and am doing much better than in the past, but I still have lots of times when I slide back into using food for nurturing or comfort.
While dealing with my health issues this past year (atrial fib and anemia,) I let go of some of my healthy eating patterns as well as consistent exercise. Fortunately, I am doing much better these days, so I’m ready to work hard on getting back to a healthier weight.
My goal is to lose 15 pounds during the next 100 days, and I will be using my newest book, 100 MORE Days of Weight Loss, to help me stay consistent on my eating and exercise program.
My diet plan is a moderate lower-carb approach that includes at least one fruit and several vegetable servings each day. I will be exercising as close to daily as possible. I plan to track my food intake and use the “dot calendar” to help me stay consistent with my program.
I will also be using my blog as well as Spark People to post my answers to the three questions at the end of each lesson in 100 MORE Days of Weight Loss. Please join me over the next 100 days as we do this journey together.
Be sure to to purchase your copy of the book as well as the journal so you can do the lessons along with me. WeightLossJoy.com or Amazon.com
