My answers to the 3 questions at the end of the lesson
Here’s the secret to having a great social life at the same time you’re managing your weight.
Always attempt to stick with either Plan A or your contingency approach, Plan B. Whenever you’re tempted to skip your program, remind yourself, there is no Plan C!
1. Create and record a Plan A that you will follow most of the time.
Stick with low-carb meals and snacks
Exercise a minimum of 20-30 minutes a day
No desserts or high-carb snacks (such as cookies!)
2. Widen the boundaries and create an optional Plan B.
At restaurants, some flexibility but still focus on low carb.
Take a walk outside instead of working out at health club.
Take small helpings of desserts, and savor the taste.
3. In the space below, write the words, “There is no Plan C!”
THERE IS NO PLAN C!
