By making a few simple changes in your self-talk and your internal beliefs, you can improve your self-esteem almost immediately.
Here are my answers to the three questions at the end of the lesson.
1. In the space below, write the words “I am valuable.”
I AM VLUABLE!
2. Consider ways you can restore your belief in your own value. Describe them.
Remind myself of my accomplishments: books published, talks and interviews. These all allow me a way to help people.
Use my mantra: I am a strong, vibrant, capable woman!
Review my list of strengths from Day 36.
3. Do at least one action today that will demonstrate your sense of value and self-worth. Record what you did.
Send encouragement emails to coaching clients.
Share new resources with them.
Study ways to market my books.
Trust that I am helping people who read my blogs and my books.
