What are some areas where you aren’t done yet?
Start building your list, then figure out the action steps it will take to continue making progress on those areas.

1. Identify at least three things or life areas you aren’t done with yet.
Rebuilding my fitness level after my health issues last year. I want to get back to the level I was a year ago.
Improving my cooking skills and patterns for healthy meals.
Learning and studying in the areas of weight loss, writing and marketing
2. Decide on steps you can take today on each of these items.
Go to health club this afternoon. Do my treadmill walk plus the exercises I learned from a personal trainer.
Pull out my favorite cookbook and find good recipes to make for dinners.
Keep reading in the new book I just got about motivation. Listen to the teleclass I signed up for on marketing.
3. With each of those actions, record that you’ve completed them.
The health club is on my schedule. It helps me to be around other people when I exercise. I’m not as likely to quit as when I’m using my treadmill at home.
Cookbook is pulled out. I found a great recipe for baked fish for tonight. I will use halibut for it and make a nice salad to go with it.
I’ve set aside time for reading today and the teleclass is on my schedule for this afternoon.
