From 100 MORE Days of Weight Loss, Day 32
What’s most important is that you move versus not move. So keep working on your exercise program, even if it’s small.
Over time, the results will show, and you’ll know it was all worth the effort.
Here are my answers to the three questions at the end of the lesson.
1. Write down the smallest amount of exercise you could do most days.
I can usually do a least a ten to twenty minute walk. For one thing, that’s how long it takes to walk my dogs around a small park nearby. I can also get on my treadmill at home or at my health club where I usually walk for twenty to thirty minutes.
2. Plan how you will put that in place today.
Today, I will go to my health club and do my exercise routine that includes at least twenty minutes of cardio as well as stretching and some free weights.
3. Record what you did and how it felt to have a small, realistic goal.
It always helps me get motivated if I plan for a small goal with my exercise. I use the ten-minute solution a lot (From Day 50 in 100 Days of Weight Loss)
