My answers to the 3 questions at the end of the lesson
1. Identify what’s getting in the way of your weight-loss plan.
Need for nurturing and comfort.
Having fun, enjoying wine, cheese, desserts
2. Decide how you can get past this barrier.
Plan nurturing activities: play piano, use meditation tapes and devotional book
Plan evenings without needing wine, snacks. Cut up celery, eat string cheese.
3. Take the steps that will make it happen today. Record what you did.
I will play my piano more, order new piano music book (done.)
I’ve started playing my piano every day for at least ten minutes.
Stock more healthy snacks i.e. shrimp, thin crackers, string cheese (done)
