My answers to the 3 questions at the end of the lesson
Choose one small activity or task you know you can do well–then do it.
Each time you successfully complete a task, you reinforce a belief that you can do more.
1. Think about one thing you can do today that matches your goals.
I came up with several things I can do today- if I do one of them, I’ll feel motivated to do the others as well.
Drink 6 to 8 glass of water
Plan my meals, then follow the plan
Exercise at least 20 minutes
Walk up one flight of stairs
Use my dot calendar to record progress
2. Write it down and post a note on your refrigerator or computer screen.

3. When you’ve finished that one thing, celebrate having success somewhere.
Start the day with one full glass of water. Yeah! One down already.
I wrote the note with my list of thing – that was a success!
