Then go through every day with a powerful image of long-term success!
Here are my answers to the three questions at the end of the lesson.
1. Define what your weight-loss joy looks like.
It’s how I feel when I’m living on track with my eating and exercise plan, day after day. It’s also part of daily coping without using food as a solution.
2. Choose one specific way you’ll live that out today.
I will follow my healthy food plan as well as do my extensive exercise program. I will also plan meals ahead and shop for groceries. Most of all, I will make sure I do some nurturing activities and take good care of myself.
3. Record your thoughts on concluding this book.
It was great for me to go through the lessons myself. I kept finding ones that I loved a lot as well as some that reminded me to do my work.
I’ll never be perfect in my weight management but I’m confident I can continue to be a long-term success!
