Creating passion begins with taking action.
Even the smallest micro movement can get you unstuck and moving toward a renewed sense of hope and accomplishment.
1. Choose one area of life your that you’d like to improve. Write it down and plan to create some passion for it.
My exercise plan – figure out how to make it feel easier to do.
Add some exercise challenges such as standing on balance pad for 60 seconds
2. For the entire day, give this area extra attention, energy and focus. Write what you did.
Reviewed book on exercise plans
Reminded myself of the benefits of exercise
Set goals for future and wrote some details that will make them happen
Did several exercise things today including standing on balance pad.
3. At the end of the day, notice the difference in your actions. Record this in the space below.
Focusing on my plan all day made it seem more important
