My answers to the 3 questions at the end of the lesson
If you can’t seem to stick with your exercise or weight-loss program, throw out your lofty plans and start at a simpler level.
Instead of aiming for the sky, plan some now goals or simple steps you can take today.
1. Create three NOW goals. Begin each one with “Today I will…”
Today I will…
Eat yogurt and fruit for lunch
Exercise late afternoon
Skip evening ice cream
2. Write them below, then put up sticky notes as reminders.
Sticky notes are on my refrigerator and my computer.
3. At the end of the day, check off the ones you’ve accomplished.
Yesterday I did all three of my NOW goals.
