When people list reasons for emotional eating, stress is usually at the top!
In this lesson, you will explore how to view stress as a piece of your day, not a way of life. By focusing on areas where you can exert some control, you can prevent stress from contributing to your eating struggles.
In all likelihood, you’ll never be completely free of stress. Instead of hoping to escape it, learn to separate it from the rest of your life. When you feel stressed, look specifically at what’s causing your pressure. Prioritize what you need to work on, then change what you can and live with what you can’t.
Here are a few highlights from this chapter:.
• Having a burdened life
• Problems and predicaments
• Life hassles
• Crazymakers
For this lesson review, I am sharing the special report called How to Conquer Stress Eating. (Some of may have read this before since it’s offered as a free download on my website.)
This report does a great job of giving you fresh ideas for managing stress without reaching for food, even on days when you feel overwhelmed and exhausted.
